What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments.

 

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

Shipping

How long will delivery of my order take?

Domestic orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days. International orders are typically delivered within 3-5 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery of orders paid via PayPal eCheck will take an additional 4 to 9 business days to allow for the eCheck transfer period.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping inside the United States. 

Express shipping has an extra cost; To view extra shipping costs, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page, select your country, select “Express Shipping” and click "Update Your Cart Total".

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to almost every country. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add your desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection.

 

Exchange & Return

What is your exchange / return policy?

Customer satisfaction is of the outmost importance to us. Unused / unworn hats may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Returns must include a reasoning of exchange/return. We only change the Size, the shipping cost are by your own. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. We do not issue refunds, but you will given store credit upon return of your unworn hats. 

 

Cleaning & Care

How do I clean and care for my felt velour / beaver hat?

Remove dust and loose dirt with a soft brush, starting at the left side of the hat and brushing counter clockwise. A lint roll brush works too. Avoid exposing your hat to the heat. Indoor and outdoor. Car windows and enclosed cars in the summer can damage the hat. The combination of the heat and perspiration will shrink the sweatband. If your hat gets wet, shake off the excess water. This will allow the hat to dry naturally. To put on and remove your hat, hold the brim in front and back, handle the crown as little as possible. If you follow these important instructions your hat will last a lifetime.

 

How do I clean and care for my straw hat?

Remove dust and loose dirt with a soft brush, starting at the left side of the hat and brushing counter-clockwise. If you need to remove something sticky, we recommend a small wet cloth and dab with water. Do not expose the hat to heat and water. This can cause the material to shrink.

 

Do you offer repair services?

Yes we offer repair services on old and new hats. Cleaning service, change to new ribbon, alter size & repair holes. (Depending on size of hole and materials) Email tuluminatiusa@gmail.com for further assistance.
